Employee share ownership:
EJOT trusts in the ideas of its employees: starting in 2023, EJOT will introduce employee capital participation in connection with the goal of climate neutrality. Employees worldwide can contribute their creative ideas to reduce CO2e emissions and, depending on the achieved CO2e savings, will participate in the capital and thus also in the financial success of the company via profit participation rights, a form of capital participation without voting rights. The financial contributions are invested exclusively in sustainable projects to reduce CO2e emissions. Employees are also involved in national and international reforestation projects, for example at the sites in Wittgenstein and the U.K.
